Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our Chennai office. This role is target-driven, requiring the acquisition of 10 sign-ups per day. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by promoting GNB Territory Insights to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1) Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the real estate sector.

  • Utilize various channels to engage with prospects.

  • 2) Sales and Onboarding:

  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of GNB Territory Insights.

  • Achieve daily sign-up targets by converting prospects into clients.

  • Assist new clients with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.

  • 3) Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Provide ongoing support and address any client inquiries or issues.

  • 4) Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors to provide valuable insights.

  • Identify opportunities for product improvements based on client feedback.

  • 5) Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the real estate or technology sector.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
